SLOPED ROOFS

All shingled roofs are installed using a 6-nail pattern, which helps to prevent wind damage. We install ice and water shield on all eaves, valleys, and penetrations to prevent ice damming and synthetic felt to further protect during the roof installation. Also included are new perimeter edge metal, pipe jack, vents, and flashings.

FLAT ROOFS

All flat roofs are installed using a mechanically fastened or fully adhered system in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

METAL ROOFS

We install all metal roof systems per manufacturer specifications.  Our preferred metal system producer is Berridge Manufacturing.

VENTILATION

Roof deterioration can occur if proper ventilation is not applied. Therefore, we may recommend installing additional roof vents and/or continuous ridge vents where appropriate.

 

Lack of ventilation can cause frost and condensation to form on the underside of your roof, which can begin the deterioration of your roof decking and attic insulation. This decay can eventually lead to significant drywall damages and unforeseen repair costs.
